Cancellation and Refund
We handle cancellation of orders on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
Cancel within 30 minutes, when you placed an order:
In case you would like to rethink your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes after your online purchase. Please call us at +91 8680000882. Your order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you and credited to your original form of payment in 5 business days after the cancellation request.
Order Cancellation after shipment / delivery:
Sorry, we cannot cancel the order after delivery or once the order shipped, unless there is a quality problem or the promised delivery time is not met.
All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue Products without notice, even if you have already placed an order. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
o in the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us;
o failure to contact you by phone at the time of confirming the order booking;
o failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
o unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.
Refunds:
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
- us cancelling your order due to (a) your delivery location falling outside our designated delivery zones; (b) failure to contact you by phone at the time of confirming the order booking; or (c) failure to contact you by phone at the time of confirming the order booking; or
- you cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
- Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
In case of payment at the time of delivery, you will not be required to pay for:
- orders where the packaging has been tampered or damaged by us;
- wrong order being delivered; or
- items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
How will your refund amount get credited?
Payments through credit card, debit card, online wallet or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, within 5 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case of discount vouchers or loyalty points used during placing an order
The discount coupon is a one-time, even if you cancel the order, it will be considered used.
If you used loyalty points on your order, the points will be credited to your account when cancelling your order.
Al Khader reserves the rights to cancel any order If it suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies or breaches in the terms & conditions of using the website. Al Khader will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
